Ten years of entrepreneurship, a creative vision, and a practical mindset.

Entrepreneur, photographer, film-maker and certified drone pilot, Antoine created and grew a substantial studio dedicated to photography, video production and aerial filming. For ten years, he has built his business by combining creative rigour, technical mastery and a strong sense of commercial development.

From the initial idea to building a lasting business, he has personally gone through every stage that marks a business owner's journey: studying the market, defining a positioning, designing offers, building a website, developing organic search visibility, running communications and advertising, building a reputation and retaining customers. This experience gave him a concrete understanding of the decisions, constraints and commitment that an entrepreneurial project demands.

His path has been enriched by extensive training in photography, video and film — including directing, editing, colour grading and drone piloting. He has also broadened his skills into business consulting, entrepreneurial support and process automation through artificial intelligence.

This dual background, creative and entrepreneurial, shapes the way he works with clients: understanding what makes their business distinctive, identifying what's holding back its growth, and turning their ambitions into concrete actions.

Can you work with us if we are not in France?

Yes. The business assessment, strategy and action plan, launch support, process improvement, AI and automation projects and team training can all be carried out remotely, by video call and shared documents. On-site visits are possible depending on the location and the terms agreed.

Which services require someone on site?

Photography, video and aerial drone footage are filmed on location, so whether we can take on a shoot depends on the location and the conditions agreed. Everything else can be done remotely, with on-site sessions as an option where they are useful.

How much does an initial assessment cost?

The online Quick Business Assessment is free. The in-depth business assessment, implementation, training and ongoing support are each quoted separately.

Do you start with AI?

No. We first analyse your situation and identify the causes. AI or automation is recommended only when it answers a confirmed need; the actions may just as well concern your strategy, your offer, your pricing, your organisation or your sales.
