Who is responsible for this site

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Quick Business Assessment: your answers to the assessment questionnaire, and any optional free-text notes you add. No name, phone number or email address is required to receive a result.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number and subject if you choose to provide them.
• AI assistant: the messages you send in the chat window, and, only if you came from the Quick Business Assessment, the answers you already gave there — so you are not asked to repeat yourself.
• Technical data: a session identifier stored in a cookie so your conversation and assessment answers can be linked together during your visit, and a hashed (not plain-text) record of your IP address used only to apply rate limits against automated abuse.

How this information is used

Your assessment answers are used to generate your result on screen and, if you choose to attach it, to give context to a contact enquiry you send us. Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Nothing you submit is published, shared publicly, or used for advertising.

The AI assistant

The assistant may be powered by an external AI provider or by a locally run model, depending on current configuration; while no live provider is configured, it runs in a clearly labelled test mode and no message is sent to any third party. Messages are kept only long enough to maintain the conversation during your visit, and are never used to train any AI model.

How long we keep it

Assessment results and contact enquiries are kept privately so we can follow up with you, and are not made publicly accessible. Chat conversation history is kept only for the duration needed to maintain an ongoing conversation. [Exact retention periods to be confirmed by Antoine and added here.]

Data separation from antoinecodex.fr

antoinecodex.com and antoinecodex.fr are entirely separate installations with separate databases and separate credentials. No assessment answer, chat message, or contact enquiry submitted on one site is transferred to, or accessible from, the other.
